1:1 Coaching
1:1 Coaching is a weekly workout program made specifically to your body and its capabilities. You also pay by the week so you get to choose how long you want to keep me every week. However many weeks you decide to choose, it will be laid out day by day each week of what exercises to preform and which muscle group you will be working on that day. It includes an initial video chat with me, so I can make assessments and jot down your needs to make your program. It comes with weekly video check-ins (if you want to see my face), daily text/email check-ins, exclusive access to private videos (if needed) on how to perform exercises, and my constant guidance and support.
